Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of all mobile games and applications published by OSCA Studios (the "Service" or the "Games"), available on Google Play, the App Store, and any other distribution platform.

By downloading, installing, or using an OSCA Studios Game, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Purpose and Scope

These Terms apply to all games published under the OSCA Studios brand, unless specific conditions apply to a particular game, in which case those conditions supplement (without replacing) these Terms and are set out in the dedicated sections below.

3. Access to the Service

The Service is provided free of charge, with optional in-app purchases available. Proper operation requires a compatible device and, for online features, an active internet connection. OSCA Studios does not guarantee compatibility of the Service with all devices or operating system versions.

4. Age and Parental Supervision

OSCA Studios Games are designed for a general audience, with no age restriction. Minors are encouraged to use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, particularly regarding in-app purchases and online features.

5. Accounts and Sign-In

Some Games may offer sign-in through third-party services (Google Play Games, Game Center, or equivalent) to save your progress or unlock social features (leaderboards, achievements). Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of use. OSCA Studios is not responsible for the availability or operation of these third-party services.

6. Online and Multiplayer Features

Some Games offer online modes connecting multiple users ("multiplayer") through an automatic matchmaking system. As part of these modes:

• matchmaking may rely on technical criteria (skill level, availability, waiting time) determined by OSCA Studios;
• to ensure a smooth experience and limit waiting times, the matchmaking system may, under certain conditions, pair you with a computer-controlled opponent rather than another user, without this being systematically indicated during the match;
• you acknowledge and accept that the exact nature of your opponent (human or automated) is not guaranteed or always displayed, a practice that is common in mobile games offering asynchronous or real-time multiplayer.

8. In-App Purchases

Games may offer in-app purchases (content, virtual currency, unlocks, ad removal, etc.). These purchases are processed directly by the distribution platform (Google Play Billing or equivalent), whose payment and refund terms apply. Purchased virtual items have no real monetary value, are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law, and exist only within the relevant Game.

9. Advertising

Some Games display advertisements to help fund their free availability. Data collection related to ad display is described in our Privacy Policy. Some Games may offer a paid option to remove ads.

10. Intellectual Property

The Games, their graphic and audio elements, software, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of OSCA Studios or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a transfer of rights to the user. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, modification, or exploitation of the Service is prohibited.

11. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• use cheating tools, bots, scripts, or technical exploits to alter the normal operation of a Game;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to OSCA Studios' systems or data;
• engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior toward other users in online modes;
• exploit a technical flaw for unfair enrichment or advantage.

OSCA Studios reserves the right to suspend access to the Service in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

OSCA Studios makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service's availability, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. The Service may be interrupted, modified, or updated at any time, in particular for maintenance, security, or feature-development reasons, without giving rise to any right to compensation.

13. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." OSCA Studios shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service, a service interruption, loss of save/progress data, or a malfunction related to the user's device or internet connection. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

OSCA Studios may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular in cases of cheating, in-app purchase fraud, or harmful behavior toward other users. Users may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Game.

15. Personal Data

The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Games is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

OSCA Studios may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect legal or functional changes to the Service. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in another European Union member state.
